Happy Halloween Fashionistas!!
About 3 weeks a ago, I had the oppertunity to have a photoshoot done by the amazing photographer David with DVM PHOTOGRAPHY! He is fabulous! David shoots high fashion, editorial, beauty, catalog, publications, zed cards, portfolios, tests, red carpet events, theatrical and commercial headshots! Check his work out!   I absolutely love fall and Halloween! But, this year i'm already getting eager for the holiday season to start! Thanksgiving and Christmas! Roopal Pattel said things like "Pencil skirts, new silhouette", For fall fashion think "Luxurious bohemian!" and "Nude, is the new black."She also stated that designers really had freedom and fun this year for fall trends! Some key trends Roopal mentioned were Bordeaux, pumps are huge, python, mittens, bold gold, color blocking ( which will continue into spring trends), leather, spring neons, mixing colors, 70's glam and fur collars! She also said for the holiday season shop for black and gold! It was amazing to meet her and hear what the trends are at Neiman Marcus! Now, time to shop at Neiman Marcus! SPOTTED: My fashion idol Diane Von Furstenberg! As I (mentioned here), DVF came to Bellevue Nordstrom to show off her new fragrance! She is so sweet and gorgeous, she's like the little chic lady who lived in a fabulous pair of shoes!  I truly think I have discovered THE most conformable/fashionable sweatshirt to ever exist! The Marc Jacob hoody is pure magic! Put it on, and it's like butter! Oh and it's made from lurex! This jacket is a absoulute must-have this fall! Wear this and you'll get stares of jealously! Check it out!   This past weekend, I made a little trip to the mall! I spotted so much of the native american navajo trend looks! The chicest southwest-inspired pieces to wear this season are not your "run-of-the-mill cowboy shirts and leather belts. This Fall, it's all about high-contrast Navajo patterns and richly intricate textures." Forever 21 was packed full with this trend!  |
