It's an unwritten rule for sisters to borrow each others clothes/shoes ECT. So, when my little sister bought this  Fire Lattice Back Tank, I knew I had to "steal" it. I wore this lovely top with white jeans on Saturday to the Bravern. . The reason why i'm OBSESSED with this top is because of the back of it. It's unique cutout lattice in vibrant neon is what sold me on it! It's perfect for summer! Check it!

With all this beautiful summer weather Seattle has been having, how can you not think about the beach, the pool, vacations ECT! Below, I made a list of my top 10 favorite summertime fashion/ beauty must haves! Enjoy! What are some of your summer must haves? 

Last Friday, I had a beautiful lunch with my mama at 520 Bar and Grill! It's located right in Old Bellevue, owned by Joseph and Randi Brazen. I wore a gorgeous pink floral maxi from  Forever 21. I strongly advise you all to go here, they have amazing food and drinks, and it's perfect for lunch on their patio on these lovely, sunny, spring days. 

If you haven't heard the most amazing news yet, the Kate Spade store is officially open at Bellevue Square! It's located across from Madewell and Michael Kors. I checked it out last weekend and spend like 2 hours in the store just drooling over everything! It's perfect! Check it out ASAP!

Today, I met a Fashion God, Mr Ken Downing, Fashion Director of Neiman Marcus. Ken came to the Neiman Marcus at the Bravern to share the top spring to fall trends! He said things like, to look for trends that are "Kate Middleton inspired / 20's Related." Also, Pink and orange so chic. Ken also said that the jacket trends are straight out of the boys locker, baseball inspired. It was a fabulous show! Check out amazing spring/ fall trends at Neiman Marcus. 

A couple of weeks ago at the Bellevue Collection Spring fashion show (mentioned here) , they had the new store Everything But Water contribute some of their suits to the show. I fell in love. So, of course, I had to go and check out the store. They have almost every swimwear designer you can think of. It's amazing! They even have one of my favorites Trina Turk Swim. This store came to Bellevue Square at the perfect time! Check it out! It's located in Bellevue Square on the second floor right outside of Nordstrom.

On PINTEREST, I have a fitness board, with all inspirational workout quotes, like "You WILL regret eating that cookies, You WILL NOT regret running that mile." So True, and with Bikini season being just around the corner, it's time to hit the gym or the park more then ever! Bellevue has AMAZING places to workout at, Like Bellevue Club, Bellevue Park, Medina Park ECT ECT. So, why not workout in style! My saying is "Everywhere is a fashion show, even the gym." So, when your working out to get that bikini body, be sure to dress to impress! What's your workout swag?

I would like to thank Charles Bartholomew Bass, for getting me hooked on guys with bow ties. Even though he is a fictional character on Gossip Girl, the boy's got REAL style. Bow Ties are perfectly classy for spring and summer. So men, put away the long ties and beg your girlfriends to take you shopping some darling bow ties! 

After watching Fashion Star, I have been eager to check out Nicole Richie's fashion line WINTER KATE. I adore her line, it's so bohemian chic! Nicole puts  a touch of the 60's in every single one of her ensembles and jewelry. I love it! Im just not quite sure Seattlites could handle these major bohemian looks? What do you think Seattle? Can we wear it?
