Go ahead and try, but, I guarantee I can bet you all in an awkward contest! "I came, I saw, I made it awkward." I can be the most awkward person when i'm out in public. For example, when someone goes in for a hug, I go for a handshake or when you accidentally make eye contact with the same person like 5 times in a row. Im just an awko taco. However, Im only like this to people i don't know well. Im completely open and usually like to make things awkward on purpose, when i'm with my friends and family. Maybe cause i'm an introvert (mentioned here) or whatever, But yes, believe me I will make things awkward. Can you relate?
Today is the last day of March?! Spring is moving right along and I don't have a problem with that! Just getting over a Spring cold. Today i'm sharing this adorable skirt i wore last weekend to mass. So fun, with the double patterns on it. I paired with a blue blouse to bring out the color! Anyway, See yall in April!
What would I tell my high school self? Hmm.. High school for me, majorly sucked, I was picked on and bullied. So, the first thing would tell high school Rebecca; You need to standup for yourself, stop allowing people to treat you so badly and make fun of you. The second thing I would tell my high school self is, you don't need to try to be in a "clique" to define your social status. You are awesome by yourself. I always tried to "join" cliques in high school, so i would feel like somebody, never worked. Last thing I would tell my young self is, Life after high school is so much better, The real world doesn't care How many friends you have or where you sit at lunch. You can be you!
Yesterday, my sister gave me a super nice compliment, it got me thinking. Compliments can totally someone’s day. You never know what people are going through, and imagine if you are the one who made their day, by just giving someone a compliment. I challenge you all to give a someone a nice compliment. For example; “you look pretty today”, “cute outfit” or you have a beautiful smile. Let’s make someone’s day!
