Recently, I downloaded an affirmation app (I know they also have books, cards ECT) . Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to overcome self-sabotaging, negative thoughts. Anyway, I have been loving it, a little "tip" of encouragement or goal for the day. Just a little suggestion from me if you feeling blue or want a daily goal. Today, I am brimming with energy and overflowing with joy.
