Hi and Happy New Year, my readers!
I'm Rebecca's (beautiful) younger sister and I'm taking over EF for the day :). I thought a lot about what to write, and decided to reflect with you on motivating yourself to get sh*t done when all you want to do is order Garlic Knots from Papa John's and watch Grey's Anatomy... (or is that just me?).
The TV and my phone are both my sometimes-enemy. I love that they both allow me to see the world from my fingertips, but at the same time it's too easy to go down a vortex and emerge an hour later having watched a dozen pointless YouTube videos.
So, my New Year's Resolution is to limit my screen (both phone and TV) time severely, and to get sh*t done without putting it off.
