There has been a lot of talk going around about bloggers/influencers being compared and giving young women low self esteem. I can kind of touched base with this topic (mentioned here) For example, how us bloggers show our “perfect” lives, number of followers we have, or not part of the “popular” bloggers. But, let me tell you, some people arn't who they “post” to be, it’s often all fake. I started Eastside Fashion in 2010 (before the crazy “influencer stage”) to show trends I like or fashion posts. This is when I had no idea there was a way to make money off your blog. I too find myself comparing myself to other bloggers, and it stinks. Basically, all I’m saying is there is no need to compare yourself, the majority is all fake. Here’s the perfect quote to end this post, “Comparison is the thief of joy.”
