Every fashionista needs a Trophy cupcake once in a while, whether its to satisfy our taste buds, have a cupcake party or just have a cupcake date of Trophy yummy/adorable cupcakes with friends! Yesterday, I had an opportunity to interview the adorable cupcake queen of the land, Jennifer Shea, the owner of Trophy Cupcakes, and I got a one-on-one lesson on cupcake decorating, and Jennifer even made me an "Eastside Fashion" cupcake. Let's just say, i'm very cupcake challenged when it comes to decorating.. Anyway, I asked Jennifer "how fashionista keep that bikini body and still enjoy Trophy Cupcakes?" Jennifer said "Everything in moderation" ,"If you're going to splurge, it should be the best, Don't waste calories on grocery bought cupcakes, have cupcakes with the finest quality ingredients like Trophy Cupcake has" "Truly enjoy it, eat them with friends." "Eat Healthy the rest of the time." Jennifer also mentioned how her favorite cupcake to make is a creme brulee!
