Last Saturday, my sister and I spent pretty much the whole day at Neiman Marcus getting pampered and it was..AMAZING! First, my sister and I had the most relaxing facials ever at the Neiman Marcus Spa. I had a Kate Somerville facial by the fabulous Shelby and my sister had a Sisley facial with Ellie. Then, we were off to get "beautified" by Neiman Marcus beauty department. I had a Kevyn Aucoin Makeover with Mimi and My sister got Sisley makeover with Ellie. Tegan loved her makeover so much she is hoping to use Ellie for her wedding makeup! They did such amazing work! My makeup artist said the must-have Kevyn Aucoin item has to be the Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer! Neiman Marcus seriously hires the real professionals. We even were the first to receive their Gift of Scent bags! Everyone mark your calendars for May 3-May 11 for their fabulous Scent event coming up!!!
After being treated like royalty, we went upstairs to Mariposa and had the most delicious lunch. We had their new Quinoa pasta...so good! Then we had had the most refreshing and delicious bellini -- which contained soda water, peach Moscato, and other yummy ingredients. I probably could have had 10 of them -- I definitely recommend getting one there if you want a nice refreshing drink for Summer! We also got to sample their Ahi tuna appetizer -- if you love fish, you will LOVE this tuna!! Mariposa recently launched their menu for Spring, so I definitely recommend going to Mariposa and try all their new delicious food/drink items! Finally, to top off this fabulous day at Neiman Marcus, we went down to the CUSP department and I got to play "dress up," trying on their top trends for Spring/Summer! I got styled by the stylish Edith! It was so great reviewing all the trends and seeing CUSP hottest new ensembles! Stay tuned through this week and the next week for the other looks, and how you can copy the look at CUSP! So overall, I think it's safe to say, my sister and I had the best day at Neiman Marcus! I mean, a facial, makeover, lunch, and shopping? What could be better! You can totally feel like royality as well! I strongly suggest grabbing a friend or spoiling yourself, and having your own "Day at Neiman Marcus!" Believe me, you won't regret it!
