Skeleton Fashionista and Harley Quinn! Oh My! Who knew, Gene Juarez does more then beauty makeup? They do Halloween makeup too! As many as you may know, Halloween is my FAVORITE Holiday ever! So, when I got the opportunity to collaborate with Gene Juarez Salons & Spa for a Halloween makeup collab, I was ecstatic! For Halloween, I really wanted to go for the "skeleton gone glam" look and Monet at Gene Juarez Bellevue NAILED IT!
