"I think that playing dress up begins at Age 5 and never truly ends." The world lost another fashion icon this week. One of my favorite designers Kate Spade, took her own life. Depression is real. Even the happiest person you know, may suffer from depression. As you know I have to deal with anxiety and depression (mentioned here) on a daily basis and it can put you in really low places in life. So, If you’re feeling depressed, don’t suffer in silence, you are loved, talk to someone about it!
